Growing Minds Farms Inc. is a student-led 501(c)(3) non-profit business that aims to give students real-world experience in running and managing a business in the food industry.
We proudly serve a chicken tenders or macaroni and cheese meals most Tuesdays.
Most Thursdays, we serve cheese and pepperoni pizza meals to the students of the MAC.
On nearly every Fridays, join us for snow-cones outside the MAC during dismissal.
Growing Minds Farms is a student-led learning company rooted in the Dali Community at the Montessori Academy of Celebration. Operated by students and guided by mentors, the program gives children real ownership over meaningful work—from planning and preparation to service and follow-through—helping them see how their ideas and efforts directly impact their community.
Through initiatives like Domino's Thursdays, Chick-fil-A Tuesdays, and Snow-Cone Fridays, and the development of a working farm, students learn how food is produced, prepared, and shared. By growing produce and running community food programs, they gain hands-on experience in teamwork, responsibility, sustainability, and entrepreneurship—building real-world skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

If you miss a deadline, please please contact us as soon as possible to see if we are able to make a one-time exception. If we've already placed our orders with our vendors, you will most likely need to bring in a lunch for your child.

Please please contact us as soon as you know that your child will not be attending school. As long as we haven't already placed the order with our vendor, we'll move your order to a future week.
